Registration can be completed easily through the app or the website by submitting the required driver and vehicle information. Once reviewed and activated, you can start receiving requests immediately.
2. What types of vehicles are accepted on the app?
We accept all types of transport vehicles, including light transport vehicles, pickup trucks, trucks, Dina trucks, refrigerated trucks, and more. The more suitable your vehicle is for transportation, the higher your chances of receiving orders.
3. How do I receive requests, and can I decline them?
Requests are sent directly through the app, and drivers or fleet owners have full freedom to accept or decline requests based on their availability and route.
4. I have a Fleet Owner account and would like to delete it. What should I do?
Please ensure that there are no remaining balances in the wallets of any drivers under your fleet. Once all dues are cleared, you may request account deletion.
5. When and how do I receive my earnings?
Earnings are transferred periodically according to the approved payment policy. You can track your trips and income details through the dashboard within the app.
6. I have a balance in my wallet. How can I withdraw it?
You can contact the Operations Department through customer support, where the team will guide you step by step. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone to confirm the deduction from your wallet and the transfer to your bank account.
